Immerse yourself in an afternoon of creative clay meditation and reflection, taught by
mother/daughter duo, artist Alysha Hill and psychologist Dr. Belynda Tse.
This workshop includes step-by-step, hands-on directions to learn how to handbuild and decorate two different ceramic pieces. Students can expect to create a clay pinch pot, focusing on intention, and a small coil-built dish or jar while focusing on growth and gratitude. You'll spend the afternoon focusing on channeling mindfulness, creativity, restoration, and gratitude while also engaging in a guided self-care meditation throughout. The work you make, you get to keep and forever use as a tool to bring you back to your zen.
