Purchase
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted online and in-store. Cash is accepted in-store.Â
- You will receive an email confirmation when your online order is placed and another with a tracking number once shipped.Â
- If you wish to pick up your online order, please select ‘Pick Up' at checkout.
Member Discounts
- Please contact us to use your discount on eligible items.
- Please note the following exceptions:
- ReCollect, American Pottery Festival, Exhibition Gallery, and works by NCC studio artists do not qualify for member discounts.
- If you are interested in becoming a member, you can find more information here.
International Orders
- Please contact us for all international orders.
- We will provide you with a shipping quote and work with you to finalize your order.
- We use USPS Priority International for all international orders.
Store Pick Up

During checkout select ‘Pick Up' to pick up your order at NCC.

You have 60 days from the order date to pick up your order. After 60 days your order will be cancelled and the piece(s) will be donated to ReCollect, with no refunds.

Please contact us, or leave a note in your order if you need to extend your pick-up window.
Gift Cards
- We offer physical and digital gift cards.
- Please contact us if you’d like a physical gift card shipped to you.
Damaged Items
- This is very rare, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the outside of the box, inside with packaging, and the damaged item(s) as soon as possible.
- Please hold onto the damaged packaging and item until we have notified you that your refund is complete.
