- Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and destination of the order.
- Shipping charges cover shipping, handling, packing materials, and insurance.
- Orders will ship within 2 business days of your order.
- For orders placed with expedited UPS Second Day or Next Day Air, the transit time applies to weekdays and cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Expedited orders placed by 10 am CT will ship the same day, orders received after 10 am CT will ship the following day.
- If you place multiple orders on the same day and we can combine them, any amount over actual shipping costs will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
- Exhibition Gallery purchases will be charged the actual shipping rate. Exhibition Gallery purchases will ship the week after the exhibition closes. You will receive an invoice for the shipping and once it has been paid the shipment will be released.
- In-store purchases will be charged the actual shipping rate.
- The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs if the package is returned due to an inaccurate address or other issues with delivery.
