Larry Buller is a ceramic artist based in Lincoln, Nebraska. In 2017, he earned an MFA from the Hixson-Lied College Fine and Performing Arts at the University of Nebraska (Lincoln). Buller’s work has been shown at the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts (Omaha, NE), the American Museum of Ceramic Art (Pomona, CA), and at the Society of Arts and Crafts (Boston, MA). His work has been juried into the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts National exhibition in Cincinnati, OH (2022) and in Richmond, VA (2024). For the last two years Buller has been represented by the Mortal Machine Gallery as part of Art Week Miami. Buller has completed artist residencies at Anderson Ranch Arts Center (Snowmass Village, CO) and at Red Lodge Clay Center (Red Lodge, MT). During the spring of 2023 he was an artist in residence at the Zentrum für Keramik (Germany). Most recently, Buller was awarded the prestigious McKnight Residency for Ceramic Artists at Northern Clay Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
